I am Your Tech HomeSource who also happens to be a real estate professional that has found a new interest in how IT and real estate have collided and made a baby. I am super excited to be starting this journey of blogging within the real estate world, to broaden the knowledge of those that don't know what's available right on there phone, tablets and computers.  Gone are the days of having to walk into a bank to get a loan.  We are here to share the technology and share the accessibility opportunities for everyone to be aware of what is available, what to be careful doing, and to enhance the overall home buying, selling, investing experience.  I have been in real estate sales over 8 years, and it has definitely been a ‘highs and lows’ roller coaster ride for sure. In addition to my individual real estate career, I also have managed 20+ other real estate sales agents, and work with investors and property managing as well. Myself along with my team of agents have helped families and investors buy and sell over 200+ homes in a real estate market full of changes. The changes in the market from 2018 through what I call the COVID era and after are drastically different. It has given me opportunity and hands on experience to know what a stable market is like in sales, as well as what a fast paced, and slow-paced market is like. 

As I venture into the information technology world as a apprentice, I assure you I am no rookie when it comes to how tech and real estate will help you and possible burden you if used incorrectly. My goal as I dive into the deep blue see of IT and Cyber Security is to understand the commonalities and bridge them in a way that helps the everyday consumer, while also gaining a better understanding of the systematic flows and govern protections that will also be needed when a person is making possibly the biggest purchase of there life. My current background in mortgage and real estate can be enhanced as the industry and world continues to move more and more digital.  My hope is to use this education and knowledge, to be able to transition into a growing field, that will allow me to focus not just on sales, but also on stability, retirement and more opportunity provide for my family.  Spending time with my husband, children and grand children are what motivate me daily.  I enjoy family trips, family game nights and those necessary getaways with my husband to relax and reset.
